By accessing and using Mandriva's services, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

Mandriva provides AI-based automation solutions, including: • AI agents for task automation • Management and analytics platforms • Consulting and support services • Technical support and maintenance We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

Payment terms are as follows: • Subscriptions are billed according to the chosen plan • Payments are due on the date indicated on the invoice • Late payments may result in service suspension • Prices may be modified with 30 days notice • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

You agree not to: • Use our services for illegal purposes • Attempt to circumvent security measures • Redistribute or resell our services without authorization • Use our services to send spam • Collect data from other users • Harm the operation of our systems

Mandriva cannot be held liable for: • Indirect or consequential damages • Data loss due to factors beyond our control • Service interruptions for maintenance • Actions of third parties using our services Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the last 12 months.

Termination may occur: • At your initiative, at any time with 30 days notice • At our initiative, in case of terms violation • Automatically, in case of prolonged non-payment In case of termination, you retain access to your data for 30 days to allow for export.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the other provisions remain in effect.
